Same-day cut-off
Order by 2:00 PM in the recipient's time zone, Monday to Saturday, and 11:00 AM on Sunday.
Delivery fees
Standard delivery from $12.99. Timed morning delivery and Sunday delivery carry a small surcharge.
Coverage
We deliver to residential addresses, offices, hospitals, funeral homes and schools nationwide.
If nobody is home
Where it is safe and permitted, our florist will leave the arrangement in a sheltered spot and notify the recipient. If the property is gated or unattended, we contact the sender to arrange redelivery on the next available day.
Hospitals and care facilities
Please include the ward or room number and the patient's full name. Some units do not allow fresh flowers or latex balloons; in those cases we will contact you to suggest an alternative gift.
Funeral homes and services
Sympathy tributes are delivered at least one hour before the service begins. Please provide the service time and the name of the deceased when ordering.
Substitution policy
Fresh flowers are seasonal. If a specific stem or container is unavailable, our florist substitutes an item of equal or greater value while keeping the style, colour palette and overall look of the design you ordered.
