1. About these terms

By placing an order on this website you agree to these terms. Please read them before you purchase. If you do not agree, please do not place an order.

2. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send an order confirmation. We may decline an order if an item is unavailable, if we cannot deliver to the address, or if we suspect fraud.

3. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude delivery and applicable taxes, which are added at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of ordering. If a price is listed in error we will contact you before fulfilling the order.

4. Product images and substitutions

Photographs are representative. Because flowers are seasonal, our florist may substitute stems or containers of equal or greater value while preserving the style and colour of the design you selected.

5. Delivery

We deliver to the address you supply. It is your responsibility to provide accurate recipient details. Delivery windows are estimates, and events outside our control such as severe weather may delay delivery. See our delivery information page for full details.

6. Cancellations and changes

Orders may be amended or cancelled without charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date. After that point, arrangements may already have been made and a charge may apply.

7. Care of flowers

Fresh flowers are perishable. Care instructions are supplied with every order, and our freshness guarantee assumes they have been followed.

8. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity that takes place under your account.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including photography, text and branding, belongs to Willow Floral or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

10. Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA, and disputes are subject to the courts of that state.
