How late can I order for same-day delivery?
Orders placed before 2:00 PM in the recipient's time zone (11:00 AM Sundays) are delivered the same day.
Do you deliver on Sundays and holidays?
Yes. Sunday and major holiday delivery is available in most areas, with an added surcharge shown at checkout.
Can I choose a specific delivery time?
We offer morning (8 AM–12 PM) and afternoon (12–6 PM) windows. Exact-hour delivery is not guaranteed.
How long will my flowers last?
Most arrangements last 7–10 days. Trim stems every two days, change the water, and keep the vase out of direct sunlight.
Can I include a personal card message?
Yes — add up to 250 characters at checkout, and we hand-write it on a complimentary gift card.
What if the flowers arrive damaged?
Send us a photo within 24 hours and we will replace the arrangement or refund it in full.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be changed or cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the delivery date.
